Our repair process
- Tell us about the unit — manufacturer, model or part number and the fault you are seeing.
- Send it to our workshop — we confirm the details and how to get the unit to us in Tadley, Hampshire.
- Diagnosis and repair — our engineers identify the fault and repair to component level.
- Test and return — the unit is load and soak tested, then returned ready to install.
Why repair instead of replace?
A like-for-like replacement is often expensive, on long lead times or simply no longer made. A new equivalent may need mechanical changes, re-certification or rewiring.
